DID YOU KNOW?

It was on July 5, 2011 that the president of the board of directors of the Tour de l’Abitibi, Ms. Suzanne Fortin, honored the work of art “Tour” at a ceremony in the park of Amos Cathedral. de l’Abitibi “as” Flambeau Symbolique “of this prestigious international cycling tour.

Since then, the work of art follows the cycling tour from city to city and it was on July 23 that the mayor of Amos, Mr. Sébastien D’Astous handed the torch to Mr. Pierre Corbeil, mayor of the host city of the next cycling tour, Val-d’Or.
